MS office Tips – Add files to favorites for easy access


Open the file that you want to add in to your Favorite list

If you have made any changes to the file after opening, you need to save it.

Go to View menu

Click Toolbars and select Web

You will see the toolbars as seen below

Excel Web toolbar Click the Favorites button and save the file

Now when you open the Internet Explorer or Excel with the Web toolbar enabled, you can easily access the file.
