How to install Google Chrome on all users in a single PC?

When you search and download in Google, you will find only the application that downloads Google chrome and installs for a single user. The download file will only be around 1 MB. But actual chrome size will be above 20MB.

So every time some one installs Chrome, the application downloads the full version online then installs.

Now Google offers the full Chrome software to install it on any PC and for all users, just like any other software.

Some people may not like Google Search Engine as a default search engine in Google Chrome. They can change the setting easily by following the steps below.

Open Google Chrome

Click settings icon

Click Options

Click the Manage button and choose the search engine that you want

This way you can add any search engine that you want as a default one

Google Chrome offers this great feature of merging bookmarks or import bookmarks from Firefox or from Internet Explorer.

Google Chrome always asks this while you install it.

Open Google Chrome

Click the Settings Icon as seen in the below Image

Click Import bookmarks & Settings…

When you get this pop up window choose Firefox or Microsoft Internet Explorer

Then Choose the settings that you want to import

Then click Import

You will see Google Chrome Importing the selected settings.

I found this software Quick Internet Search today while browsing. I tested it and It works fine with IE7 but in Firefox it did not do well.

Google Chrome Tips and Tricks, Enlarge the Content Box

You can enlarge or resize or expand the content box or input box of any website if you are using Google chrome

I have tried this resizing option with many other browser but it did not give me this option.

If you are a web-based email user, you know what I am talking about
I use Yahoo, Gmail, MSN, Hotmail, Rediff etc….
When I compose a message, it only displays a small box for the content to input. Sometimes it is annoying.
I use Google to eliminate this issue
Open your web-based email in Google chrome browser
Open the compose page
You will see the page as below

See the gray styled square at the bottom of each content box, including address
Just left click on the square and hold the left mouse button to drag to any size you want
Now you can expand any field of your choice if you are entering something very large

This is very helpful in composing email in Yahoo classic, Gmail, MSN, Hotmail or any other web-based email

This method is getting implemented in all popular browsers nowadays, but not on all the pages

You can see if the page is required and you need to visit or not. If you are not interested, you just need to move your cursor outside the preview window or just click outside the window.

If you want to visit the page that you see in the preview window, just click the up arrow which is located on the top of the preview window. This will open a new tab.

This is also an alternative for tabs in browsers. I guess this was launched recently after most powerful addons by Firefox but this seems to be downloaded by so many people around the world.
